WHAT DO I GET?
A Network Of Benefits and Compensation Professionals
How many times are you asked to get information about what "other companies' are doing in compensation and benefits? Have you ever wanted to talk over a new approach with an experience colleague outside your own company to get another opinion or point of view? You need a network.
Survey Data
One of the key benefits of membership is that you are networked with some of the major companies in Southern California. You have quick access to all major compensation and benefits policies in our annual surveys.
Professional Development
Another benefit to membership is ongoing professional development. Each quarterly meeting includes a speaker presentation, either an outside expert or a member company.
